    Day 1: Arrival in Beijing, Sommer Palace

    You will arrive in Beijing in the morning, and welcomed by your guide at the airport. After a short break, your China trip begins with a visit to the famous Summer Palace, which is the summer residence of several Chinese emperors.

    Day 2: Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven

    In the morning, you are going to visit the Forbidden City. The world famous Imperial Palace is located in the center of Beijing and is one of the largest palace complexes in the world. Fully immerse yourself in the impressive architectures and charming courtyards. In the afternoon, you will visit the Temple of Heaven, the most important imperial temple complex in China

    Day 3: Mutianyu Great Wall

    Your day begins with a trip to the world-famous Great Wall of China, an absolute highlight of your trip to China. You will visit one of the most beautiful sections of the wall—the Mutianyu Pass. The view from up there is simply unforgettable! In the afternoon, we drive back to downtown Beijing. Along the way, you can overlook the famous Bird's Nest, the main stadium of the 2008 Olympic Games.

    Day 4: Flight to Guilin

    In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport and fly to Guilin.
    You will arrive in Guilin in the afternoon and then be accompanied to the hotel.

    Day 5: Elephant Trunk Hill, Ludiyan Stalactite Cave

    Guilin boasts one of the most charming landscapes in China. You will visit the fantastic Elephant Trunk Hill and the impressive Ludiyan Stalactite Cave. In the evening, the city center will be beautifully lit, where you can take a leisurely stroll.

    Day 6: Li river cruise

    Today a boat trip along the Lijiang River is on the program. You can enjoy the fairytale-like landscape along the picturesque Li River from aboard. The destination of the trip is Yangshuo, a small town that is also surrounded by a wonderful mountainous landscape. In the afternoon, you can explore Yangshuo on your own or visit a typical Chinese farming village in the area with your guide. After that, you will take the express train (2nd class seat) to Liuzhou, from where you travel by night train to Zhangjiajie.

    Day 7: Tianmenshan Mountain. Tianmen Cave. Valley of the Golden Whip Stream

    You will arrive in Zhangjiajie in the morning and meet your local guide at the train station. 
    Tianmenshan Mountain is 8 km far from Zhangjiajie city center. At an altitude of 1518.6 meters, Tianmenshan Mountain is the highest mountain in the Yongding area of Zhangjiajie City. 
    Tianmen Cave, which is above the sea level of over 1261 meters and the highest natural continuous mountain cave in the world. 
    In the afternoon, you can take a short hike through the valley of the Golden Whip Stream.

    Day 8: Yuanjiajie. Tianzi Mountain

    In the morning, we will drive to the Yuanjiajie Scenic Zone, "the Peerless Bridge in the World" and the "Stage of the Dead Souls" are the main attractions there.
    In the afternoon, we continue to Tianzi Mountain—the "mountain of heaven's son", which is located in the east of the Suoxiyu Gorge Natural Reserve, and covers an area of around 100 square kilometers.

    Wulingyuan - Zhangjiajie - Shanghai

    Day 9: Baofeng Lake. Glass Bridge

    In the morning, you will visit Baofeng Lake. Afterwards you have some time to know the glass bridge, which connects two deep cliffs. The bridge floored with transparent glass is 430 meters long and 300 meters above the ground. It is now the longest as well as the tallest-standing glass bridge in the world. In the evening, you will fly to Shanghai and be transferred to the hotel upon arrival.

    Day 10: Yu Garden. Old Town. Jade Buddha Temple. Xingtiandi

    Today's program begins with a stroll through the old city of Shanghai, where you can admire the Ming Dynasty's Yu Garden and traditional Chinese gardening. In the afternoon, you will visit the Jade Buddha Temple and admire the two-meter-tall Buddha statue made of Jade. In the evening, you can walk through the former French concession to the Xingtiandi entertainment district. Your guide will be willing to give you valuable tips!

    Day 11: Nanjing Road. The Bund. Jinmao Tower

    In the morning, you can stroll through the well-known shopping street—Nanjing Road, to the impressive Bund, where there are numerous colonial buildings. There you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Pudong economic zone. On the 420-meter-high observation tower in Jinmao Tower, you can overlook the Shanghai metropolis.
